src/lib/company-info.ts to fill in your registered name, address, company number and VAT number.Every pouch is dispatched from England within one working day of order or renewal, Monday to Friday. You will receive a tracked dispatch email the moment it leaves our atelier.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom — Royal Mail Tracked 24, 1–2 working days. Free over £49.
- European Union — DHL Express, 2–4 working days. Free over £79.
- United States & Canada — DHL Express, 3–5 working days.
- Rest of world — DHL Express, 4–7 working days.
Customs & duties
For EU orders we use IOSS where eligible so VAT is collected at checkout and no extra charge is due on delivery. For other destinations, any local duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient — DHL will contact you directly if anything is owed.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship on the same cadence as your billing cycle. You can skip, pause, or change your shipping address at any time from your account up to 24 hours before renewal.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the window above, email concierge@holorg.co with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be located, replace it at no cost.
