If you are not satisfied with your first order of AETHER-1, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund the full purchase price of that order to your original payment method. You do not need to return the pouch — we would rather you finish it or pass it to a friend.
Statutory cooling-off period
UK and EU consumers have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. As AETHER-1 is a sealed food supplement, this right is lost once the pouch seal is broken on health-protection grounds. Unopened pouches may be returned within 14 days for a full refund — please contact concierge first.
Faulty or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or otherwise faulty, email concierge@holorg.co within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or refund it — your choice — and cover any return postage where needed.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel from your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate already-paid periods. We do not charge cancellation fees and we will never bill a renewal after you have cancelled.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. We will email a confirmation when the refund is issued.
